East & Preble Students Advance to National FBLA Competition

On April 11 and 12 Green Bay Area Public School District students traveled to La Crosse, WI to compete at the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) state leadership conference. Students from more than 120 schools across the state participated in business and marketing related competitions. Students who placed in the top four of their event qualified to compete at the national leadership conference in Atlanta, GA on June 29 – July 2. The results are as follows:

  • Nathan Kohls – 1st place; Healthcare Administration
  • Logan Green – 2nd place; Spreadsheets
  • Rebecca Schelk – 4th place; Computer Applications
  • Josh Villars – 6th place; Computer Problem Solving

Preble High School


  • Brandl Bonetti – 1st place; Sales Presentation
  • Haley Siegworth & Paige Wimberly – 2nd place; Publication Design
  • Emily Johnson & Kelsey Guzman – 2nd place; Business Plan
  • Sara Sendelbach – 4th place; Database Design & Applications
  • Pascal King & Nathan Rahmlow – 7th place; Computer Game & Simulation Programming

  • Devin Vincent – 5th place; Mobile App Design
  • Elena Cain – 7th place; Personal Finance
