The mission of Brown County Teen Leadership is to build and strengthen emerging young leaders with skills, knowledge and experiences that prepare them to be effective partners for positive change in Brown County.

Modeled after the Leadership Green Bay program, each student takes part in sessions that focus on developing specific leadership skills and incorporates that instruction into a civic information theme.

Sessions are held at various locations throughout Brown County to maximize the participants’ community awareness. Participants also complete a community based project as part of the program. Participants learn and apply specific leadership skills and gain exposure to important community resources and programs.
