Happy Birthday Howe! Elementary School Celebrates 100 Years

This weekend, one local elementary school will be celebrating 100 years of education, history, and community spirit. Howe Elementary, located at 521 South Madison Street, is one of the Green Bay Area Public School District’s oldest elementary schools. With its diverse population, rich history, and strong partnership with the community, Howe Elementary has much to celebrate. The “100 Year Milestone Open House” will take place at Howe on Saturday, September 29 from 10:00 a.m. to noon.

During the open house, the Howe swing choir will perform for guests, there will be a tour of the school, cake and refreshments will be served, Heritage Hill interpreters will be present, and Howe students will help host the event. For more information, contact Deann Lehman at 448-2141.
