Green Bay Superintendent Candidates Announced

The Green Bay Area Public School District Board of Education has just announced three semi-finalist candidates for the Superintendent of Schools and Learning. One of these candidates may replace outgoing Superintendent Greg Maass, who will be starting as Superintendent of the Marblehead School District in Marblehead, Mass., on July 1, 2011. The candidates are:

“The Green Bay Board of Education is pleased with the experience of the three candidates for Superintendent. I am confident that we have a very qualified slate of candidates from which to choose. We look forward to the next phase which will be to interview each candidate with the goal of final interview and public meet and greets within the next two weeks,” said Jean Marsch, School Board President.

The Board of Education will interview the candidates on Tuesday, May 31 and Wednesday, June 1 in a closed session. Meet and greets will be held the following week with the finalist(s).
