Two Pro Football Hall of Famers and All Four Super Bowl Trophies at City Stadium!

Just added to the exciting line-up of past and present Super Bowl Champions at the Packers’ Tailgate Tour Closing Party on Saturday, May 14 are Pro Football Hall of Famers Forrest Gregg (1956, 1958-70) and Jim Taylor (1958-66). Both players will be on hand to autograph their books for all purchasing fans.

Once described by Vince Lombardi as “the finest player I ever coached,” Gregg played in 187 games and was a seven-time All-Pro and nine-time Pro Bowl honoree for his 14 seasons in Green Bay.

Taylor, one of the greatest running backs in Packers’ history, is a five-time Pro Bowl honoree and remains the Packers’ No. 2 all-time leading ground gainer with 8,207 yards to his credit during his nine seasons in Green Bay.

Both Gregg’s Winning in the Trenches and Taylor’s The Fire Within are available for purchase at the Packers Pro Shop and online at www.packersproshop.com.

Also making an exclusive appearance are the four Super Bowl trophies! Fans will be able to have their pictures taken with all four trophies, courtesy of Harmann Studios.

Evening tailgate parties will begin with Tour celebrities arriving at each location by 6:00 p.m. and will run until 8:30 p.m. Gregg and Taylor are scheduled to autograph copies of their books from 6:15 – 8:30 p.m. From 7:00 – 7:30 p.m., Gregg and Taylor will take a short break to participate in the question-and-answer session.

Autographs will be available to $30 ticket holders from Mark Murphy, Josh Sitton, Matt Flynn, Desmond Bishop, Gilbert Brown, Dorsey Levens and Antonio Freeman. A question-and-answer session will be held with these players from 6 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

All proceeds from the Tailgate Tour Party go to benefit athletic programs at East, Preble, Southwest and West high schools. Tickets on sale now for $30 at all Green Bay Area Festival Foods.
